Job Summary
Part-time LPN position in Long-Term Care providing professional nursing care to residents under supervision, including medication administration, assessments, and care planning. Responsibilities span documenting interactions, collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team, and ensuring resident safety and comfort. Shift is 10:30pm–6:30am, 24 hours per week with every-other weekend and rotating holidays; additional weekend and overnight shift differentials apply. Requires graduation from an accredited practical nursing program, an active LPN license, and ongoing continuing education. Sign-on bonus of $5,000 available.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Possess an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges
- Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred (when applicable)
- IV therapy/management (if required in North Dakota) per ND Board requirements (as applicable)
- Complete required CEUs and maintain department competencies
