Job Summary
Part Time Overnights LPN at a long-term care facility providing professional nursing care to residents during night shifts (10:30pm–6:30am), 24 hours weekly with every other weekend and rotating holidays. Responsibilities include administering medications/treatments, contributing to resident assessments and care plans, documenting interactions, communicating with residents and families, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team while maintaining confidentiality. Qualifications include graduation from an accredited practical nursing program and an active LPN license; additional IV therapy requirements may apply depending on state; continuing education and competency maintenance are expected. Sign-on bonus offered; eligible for shift differentials on weekends and overnights.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with state nursing board
- Possesses or can obtain required competencies and certifications; CEU and competency training expectations
- Experience or supervised clinical experience across lifespan; evidence of IV therapy/management if required by North Dakota variant (AASPN/IV course)
