Job Summary
Part-time LPN provides professional nursing care for residents in long-term care under supervision, including medication administration, care planning, and documentation. Shift is overnight 10:30pm–6:30am with every other weekend and rotating holidays, totaling about 20 hours per week. Competitive hourly wage ($27–$36 depending on experience) with a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Requires graduation from an accredited practical nursing program and an active LPN license; an associate degree in practical nursing is preferred. Demonstrates nursing competencies, collaborates with an interdisciplinary team, maintains confidentiality, and adheres to age-appropriate standards and care plans. Additional shift differentiations on weekends and overnights are noted. Benefits and total rewards are offered per eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred
- Currently holds an unencumbered LPN license with State Nursing board and/or multi-state licensure privileges
- Obtains and maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- Completes required CEUs and competency training as part of the department and facility requirements
