Job Summary
Part Time Overnights LPN providing professional nursing care to long-term care residents under supervision, including medication administration, care planning implementation, and documentation. Demonstrates competency across age and population-specific standards, supports interdisciplinary care teams, communicates clearly, maintains resident confidentiality, and contributes to assessments and emergent problem response. Role includes 10:30pm–6:30am shifts, every other weekend, rotating holidays, and applicable weekend/overnight shift differentials. Training and ongoing CEU requirements apply; licensure maintenance and eligible for sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Current unencumbered LPN license with state nursing board and/or multi-state licensure privileges
- Associates degree in practical nursing preferred
- If required in North Dakota, IV therapy/management skills course or IV therapy course per North Dakota Board of Nursing
- Experience/clinical supervision components as part of pre-licensure program or equivalent hours
