Job Summary
Part-time LPN providing nursing care for long-term care residents during overnight shifts (10:30pm–6:30am) in Battle Lake, MN. Responsibilities include administering medications/treatments, documenting resident care, collaborating with interdisciplinary team, and supporting care plans to ensure resident well-being. Requires completion of an accredited practical nursing program and an active LPN license; overnight schedule includes every other weekend and rotating holidays with additional weekend and overnight differentials. Includes benefits and a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Showcases professional nursing expertise within a not-for-profit, Christian-care environment.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- LPN license in good standing
- Possesses or will obtain LPN license and maintains ongoing CEU/compliance
- Experience in long-term care and intramuscular/IV therapy as applicable per state requirements (ND note not applicable to MN posting)
- Ability to work overnight shifts and every other weekend/rotating holidays
- Associate degree in practical nursing preferred
