Job Summary
Part Time Overnights LPN provides professional nursing care for residents in long term care under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician. Demonstrates knowledge of nursing principles, administers medications or treatments as ordered, documents resident interactions, and collaborates with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure health, comfort and safety. Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information and supports residents and families with prevention and treatment plans.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse license (LPN)
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program
- Possess sufficient supervised clinical experience across lifespan or equivalent (400 hours if applicable)
- Current unencumbered LPN license and CEU/competency requirements as per department
