Job Summary
Schedule appointments for psychological testing, medical, dental, and eye care while maintaining updated medical records and medication charts. Assist with client transport, monitor detoxification symptoms, and initiate appropriate medical responses. Partner with the Director of Nursing to establish therapeutic environments and maintain contact with community medical personnel. Ensure compliance with Medication-Assisted Treatment protocols and assist in purchasing medical supplies. Licensed Practical Nurse in the state seeking employment required. Full benefits package, 18 days PTO, and loan repayment program available.
