Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse provides professional nursing care for residents in a long-term care setting under supervision, performing assessments, administering medications or treatments as ordered, and contributing to care plans. Demonstrates competency across the resident’s age and population-specific standards, communicates clearly, documents resident interactions and outcomes, and collaborates with an interdisciplinary care team to support resident health, comfort, and safety. Shift is evenings for part-time hours with differential pay for evenings/weekends; required to maintain licensure, meet CEU/competency requirements, and adhere to facility policies.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.
- Current unencumbered LPN license with State Nursing board or multi-state licensure privileges.
