Job Summary
Part-time LPN in long-term care providing professional nursing care under supervision to residents of all ages. Administers medications and treatments as ordered, conducts assessments, documents outcomes, and collaborates with an interdisciplinary care team. Demonstrates nursing competencies within the resident care plan, communicates clearly, and maintains confidentiality. Must have graduated from an accredited practical nursing program and hold an active LPN license; additional requirements may include IV therapy training as applicable. Evening shifts with 8-hour blocks and shift differentials after 6pm and on weekends. 20 hours per week; salary range $27-$36 per hour ($56,160-$74,880 annually).
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Current unencumbered LPN license with State Nursing board and/or multi-state licensure
- Possesses required department-specific competencies and certifications
- Willing to complete annual continuing education units (CEU) and competency training
