Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides professional nursing care for residents in long-term care under supervision, administers medications and treatments, documents interactions, communicates with residents and families, collaborates with an interdisciplinary care team, and supports care plans in an evening, part-time role in a non-profit senior care facility in Battle Lake, MN.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Current unencumbered LPN license with State Nursing board and/or multi-state licensure privileges
- Associate degree in practical nursing preferred
- If IV therapy required in North Dakota: IV therapy coursework or completion as described by state board
- Experience/clinical hours: supervised clinical experience across lifespan or minimum 400 hours as LPN at another facility
- Continued education and competency requirements including CEUs and department-specific training
