Job Summary
LPN - Part Time Evening in Long Term Care: Provide professional nursing care for residents under supervision of RN/physician in a not-for-profit senior care facility. Administer medications and treatments, assess residents, document outcomes, and contribute to care plans. Maintain clear communication with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team; ensure safety, comfort, and confidentiality; demonstrate age-appropriate care and respond to emergent situations. Evening shift with 8-hour schedules and weekend differentials; requires an LPN license and graduation from an accredited practical nursing program.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Current unencumbered LPN license with State Nursing board and/or multi-state licensure privileges.
- Ability to perform testing and administer medications/treatments as ordered; maintain documentation and confidentiality.
