Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Long Term Care in Battle Lake and Ottertail, MN. Part-time evening shifts (20 hours/week) with shift differentials for evenings and weekends. Conduct professional nursing care under supervision, administer medications and treatments per care plans, document resident interactions and outcomes, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team. Requires graduation from an accredited practical nursing program and an active LPN license. May involve IV therapy/management where applicable by state requirements. Emphasizes resident safety, confidentiality, and effective communication.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Current and unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or multi-state licensure privileges.
