Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a part-time evening shift in a Long Term Care facility. Provides professional nursing care to residents under supervision, documents resident interactions and outcomes, administers medications or treatments as ordered, and collaborates with an interdisciplinary care team. Requires an LPN license and acceptable nursing education (associate degree preferred); ND-specific IV therapy prerequisites may apply. Evening shifts with differential pay for after 6pm and weekends; part-time schedule (20 hours/week) in Battle Lake, MN. Demonstrates clinical competencies, effective communication, confidentiality, and ability to support care plans and resident education, while maintaining quality care and safety in a senior housing and services environment.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Possess unencumbered LPN license with State Nursing board and/or multi-state licensure privileges
- IV therapy/management requirements where applicable (ND)
- minimum 400 hours of experience as LPN or supervised clinical experience across lifespan
- associate degree in practical nursing preferred
- current continuing education units (CEU) requirements
- ability to perform testing and administer medications as ordered
