Job Summary
Part-time evening LPN in long-term care providing professional nursing care to residents under supervision. Responsibilities include administering medications and treatments as ordered, performing nursing assessments, documenting resident interactions and outcomes, supporting an interdisciplinary care team, and educating residents/families on prevention and treatment plans. Must hold an active LPN license (state or multi-state) and have completed a practical nursing program; additional ND IV therapy training may apply. Shift is evenings with differential for hours after 6pm and weekends. Benefits package available.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Current unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board or multi-state licensure
- Associate degree in practical nursing preferred
- IV therapy/management skills (ND) requirements if applicable
- Minimum 400 hours of supervised clinical experience or equivalent experience as LPN
- Continued education and competency requirements as per department and facility
