Job Summary
Part-time LPN in Long-Term Care providing professional nursing care under supervision, administering medications/treatments, and maintaining documentation. Evening shifts (8 hours) with differential pay for after-hours and weekends, 20 weekly hours. Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to support residents’ health and safety, and supports education and care planning for residents and families. Requires graduation from an accredited practical nursing program and an active LPN license; experience and competencies in long-term care and relevant certifications as applicable. Location: Battle Lake, MN; shift: evenings; salary $27–$36/hour depending on experience.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Unencumbered LPN license with State Nursing board and/or multi-state licensure privileges
- Possesses required competencies and certifications for department
- Completes annual continuing education units (CEU) and competency training as mandated
