Job Summary
Part-time evening LPN in a long-term care setting providing professional nursing care under supervision. Responsibilities include administering medications and treatments, assessing residents, documenting interactions and outcomes, participating in an interdisciplinary care team, and communicating with residents and families while maintaining confidentiality. Requires an LPN license (associate degree preferred in some cases) and ongoing competencies/CEUs; evening shift with differential, 20 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in state of practice
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program
- Possession of or ability to obtain required licensure; CEU and competency maintenance as applicable
