Job Summary
Conduct licensed nursing duties including treatments, chemstrips, medication administration, and resident care plan updates. Evaluate resident needs, orient new admissions, and supervise nursing assistants while adhering to state and federal regulations. Participate in QAPI efforts by attending trainings, sharing improvement ideas, and adjusting practice based on findings. Support Trauma Informed Care and compliance ethics initiatives. Work evening and weekend shifts from 6:45pm to 11:15pm with weekend hours paid at 1.5x base rate. Preferably experienced in long-term care or rehabilitation.
