Job Summary
Collaborate with the team to deliver quality nursing care to residents in a safe, at-home environment. Administer medications and treatments according to personalized care plans while providing exceptional service to residents, families, and medical partners. Maintain precise and up-to-date documentation for all patient interactions. This part-time role includes a 3pm to 11pm shift with a pay rate of $27/hour plus shift differential. Required Qualifications
- A valid and un-encumbered state Nursing License
- 1 or more years of experience as an LPN
- Exceptional character
- Reliable work-ethic
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
- Must be able to pass a drug screen
