Job Summary
Provide exceptional nursing care to residents in a safe, comfortable at-home environment by collaborating as a team to reflect core values of Care, Character, and Collaboration. Administer medications and treatments according to personalized care plans while providing exceptional customer service to residents, families, and medical partners. Maintain precise and up-to-date documentation for all patient interactions. This part-time role (3pm-11pm) offers a $27/hour base plus shift differential, with benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance effective within two weeks of starting.
Required Qualifications
- A valid and un-encumbered state Nursing License
- 1 or more years of experience as an LPN
- Exceptional character
- Reliable work-ethic
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
- Must be able to pass a drug screen

- Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care
