Job Summary
Perform licensed nursing duties including treatments, chemstrips, obtaining I & O, catheterization, enemas, and tube feeds. Administer medications, evaluate resident needs, and orient, admit, or discharge residents while keeping care plans updated. Supervise nursing assistants and lead the unit as needed. Support QAPI efforts by attending trainings, sharing improvement ideas, and adhering to established policies. Participate in annual compliance and ethics training and recognize the role for Trauma Informed Care. Work part-time 2:45pm to 11:15pm on Saturdays and Sundays at a rate of 1.5x base pay, with holiday coverage included.
