Provide direct nursing care to residents, administer medications, and supervise day-to-day nursing activities for certified nursing assistants. Direct shift functions, ensure compliance with facility policies, and coordinate with physicians, therapists, and other departments to maintain resident care plans. Complete accurate documentation, including charting, discharge planning, and accident/incident reports. Perform clinical tasks such as catheterization, dressing changes, and vital sign monitoring while maintaining a clean, safe environment. Collaborate with the team to support residents and their families in a post-acute skilled nursing setting.
