LPN

LPN provides direct nursing care to residents and supervises the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants, ensuring alignment with federal, state, and local standards. Responsibilities include administering medications, coordinating with Nursing Service staff, ensuring compliance with the Nursing Service Procedures Manual and facility policies, planning shifts, writing and reviewing reports, and participating in the resident discharge planning process. The role requires leadership to nursing personnel, charting and documentation, and collaboration across departments to maintain high-quality resident care.
