Job Summary
LPN needed at Edisto Post-Acute Family in Orangeburg, SC. Provide direct nursing care to residents, supervise CNAs, and document care using PointClickCare. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team to maintain a safe, caring environment. Responsibilities include direct patient care, administering medications, supervising nursing assistants, charting, and participating in care planning and quality assurance. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program or approved LPN program
