Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing direct nursing care, administering medications, and supporting residents’ health within a 132-bed post-acute facility. Responsibilities include monitoring resident conditions, reporting changes to the clinical team, supervising CNAs to ensure quality care, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN license in South Carolina (required)
- Current CPR certification required
