Job Summary
Provide direct patient care aligned with personalized care plans and physician orders. Monitor patient behaviors, including vital signs, symptoms, and treatment responses. Collaborate with registered nurses to report findings and execute care plans. Cultivate meaningful relationships by assessing patients' physical, mental, and emotional needs to support their rehabilitation goals. Celebrate patient victories throughout recovery. Requires current LPN/LVN licensure, CPR certification, and one year of inpatient experience. Full-time employees receive a $15,000 sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
