Job Summary
Deliver quality care to infants, children, and adults receiving complex home care while supporting transitions from hospital or HICU settings. Provide extensive training to the ongoing care team and prepare for high-tech adult and pediatric simulations. Maintain NICU, PICU, ICU, or home care trach/vent experience and hold current CPR certification. Work full-time or part-time overnight shifts throughout New Castle County, with the ability to travel locally. Achieve a passing score on required simulations and commit to an ongoing, consistent schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Have a current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN )
- NICU, PICU, ICU, or home care trach/vent experience
- Achieve a passing score on high-tech Adult and Pediatric simulations
- Graduation from an approved/accredited nursing program
- Hold current CPR certification
- Ability to work in a teaching setting to prepare and educate the ongoing BAYADA care team
- Availability to commit to an ongoing, consistent schedule
- Ability to travel throughout New Castle County
