Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse needed for overnight 7pm-7am shift in Lincolnwood, IL (assisted living). Responsibilities include medication administration, admissions assessments, completing and updating acute and long-term care plans, tracking clinical data (e.g., wounds, infection control), resident health consultations, notifying physicians/family of changes, responding to emergencies, and providing education to residents and staff. Must maintain confidentiality, collaborate with team, and perform clinical documentation. Requires LPN license, CPR certification, 1+ year experience in senior care, and English proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse license current in the state of practice
- CPR certification
- English proficiency to perform job duties and emergency communication
- Ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks safely
- Experience: 1+ years in senior care or related field
- Formal nursing education from an accredited LPN program
