Job Summary
LPN for outpatient clinics at Lawton or Carnegie, perform vital signs, administer medications and injections, assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, feeding), collect lab samples (urine, blood), document patient care in medical records, and support physicians and RNs with examinations and treatments. Requires a valid BLS card, a driver’s license, an active nursing license, and at least 1 year of experience. Contract is 6 months.
