LPN - Ortho Nights

Chart patient data accurately and document responses to interventions while collaborating with the Registered Nurse on care plans. Verify and implement physician orders promptly, questioning any unclear or unsafe instructions. Assist in physician rounds and proactively identify potential problems before they escalate to crisis events. Maintain current licensure and competency records for annual evaluations, and support orientation and training for students and new employees. Requires current Alabama Nursing License, BLS certification, and previous nursing experience preferred. Shift runs 7p-7a.
