Job Summary
Provide patient care under the supervision of a licensed provider or Registered Professional Nurse, utilizing the nursing process to manage assigned patients. Maintain professional accountability for care delivery and coordinate patient care with other departments while safeguarding patient rights and confidentiality. Perform duties consistent with Mercy Service Standards. Requires current LPN license in Missouri, BLS certification, and LPN-IV certification. Full-time day shift from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM with a sign-on bonus available.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
- Current LPN license in Missouri
- Meeting all State Board of Nursing requirements
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association
- LPN-IV Certification completed prior to hire or within 3 months
