Job Summary
Provide patient care under RN supervision using the nursing process while maintaining professional accountability for assigned patients. Coordinate care across departments and ensure strict adherence to patient rights and confidentiality standards. Perform duties consistent with Mercy Service Standards, including frequent standing, walking, and patient lifting up to 50 lbs. Requires current Missouri LPN licensure, BLS certification, and LPN-IV certification. Full-time day shift (7 AM–7 PM) with a sign-on bonus up to $2,000. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
- Current LPN license in Missouri
- Meet all State Board of Nursing requirements
- Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association
- LPN-IV Certification completed prior to hire or within 3 months
- Ability to push, pull, and grip up to 50 lbs
- Frequent standing and walking throughout shift
- Significant bending, stooping, and patient lifting/turning with assistance
