Job Summary
Provide 1-on-1 patient care with personalized attention while following care plans to ensure the highest quality of nursing standards. Monitor patient conditions and maintain accurate charts, assisting with daily activities to enhance the patient's quality of life. This role requires an active LPN or RN license, strong communication skills, and a compassionate mindset. We offer flexible scheduling including part-time and PRN opportunities with no mandatory holidays, alongside weekly pay options and comprehensive benefits. New graduates and those without pediatric experience are welcome, as full training and new graduate programs are provided.
