Job Summary
Provide 1-on-1 patient care with personalized attention while following established care plans to ensure quality outcomes. Monitor patient conditions and maintain accurate charts, assisting with daily activities to enhance the patient's quality of life. Maintain a positive, professional attitude and strong communication skills while utilizing a problem-solving mindset to multi-task effectively in a compassionate environment. This role requires an active LPN or RN license and offers flexible full-time night shift scheduling with no mandatory holidays or weekends. We provide full training and new graduate programs for RNs and LPNs without requiring prior pediatric or private duty experience.
