Job Summary
Provide 1-on-1 patient care with personalized attention and follow care plans to ensure the highest quality nursing care. Monitor patient conditions, maintain accurate patient charts, and assist with daily activities to enhance the patient's quality of life. This role requires an active LPN or RN license, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task. You will work Tuesday through Thursday on the night shift from 7pm to 7am. Advantage Nursing Services offers full training and new graduate programs for RNs and LPNs without requiring prior pediatric or private duty experience.
