Job Summary
Provide 1-on-1 patient care with personalized attention and follow care plans to ensure quality nursing outcomes. Monitor patient conditions, maintain accurate charts, and assist with daily activities to enhance the patient's quality of life. This role requires an active LPN or RN license, strong communication skills, and a problem-solving mindset. Schedule includes Sunday-Thursday night shifts with flexible options for full-time, part-time, PRN, and overtime work. No mandatory holidays or weekends are required. New graduates and those without pediatric experience may join our training programs.
