Job Summary
Provide 1-on-1 patient care with personalized attention and follow care plans to ensure the highest quality of nursing. Monitor patient conditions, maintain accurate charts, and assist with daily activities to enhance the patient's quality of life. This role requires an active LPN or RN license, strong communication skills, and a problem-solving mindset. Flexible scheduling includes full-time, part-time, PRN, and overtime opportunities with no mandatory holidays. Weekly and daily pay options are available, along with comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits. New graduates and those without pediatric experience are welcome to join our training programs.
