Job Summary
Provide 1-on-1 patient care with personalized attention and follow care plans to ensure the highest quality nursing standards. Monitor patient conditions, maintain accurate charts, and assist with daily activities to enhance the patient's quality of life. This role requires an active LPN or RN license, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a supportive environment. No pediatric or private duty experience is needed, as full training and new graduate programs are provided for RNs and LPNs.
