Job Summary
Onsite Health Nurse (LPN or RN) in a Beatrice, NE occupational health clinic, working PRN to provide patient care, case management, RTW program facilitation, and treatment plan monitoring in collaboration with medical and client leadership. Responsibilities include assessment and treatment of workplace injuries and illnesses per Medcor’s protocols, documentation using EMR, and support for onsite employee health and wellness initiatives. Must hold an active LPN or RN license, CPR/BLS, and be comfortable with a mobile/clinic-oriented role, including lifting up to 50 lb. This is an as-needed (PRN) position with no guaranteed hours; opportunities for growth and internal mobility are highlighted in the posting.
Required Qualifications
- Current nursing license (LPN or RN) in good standing
- CPR/BLS certification
- valid licensure for position
- familiarity with EMR software
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- patient-focused care
- occupational health experience is a plus
