Job Summary
Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician's care plan, monitor patient conditions, and compose charts. Assist patients with daily activities, take and record vitals, and offer caregiver relief. This 1-on-1 home care role serves children and adults in their residences across Illinois and Missouri. No pediatric or home care experience is required. Evening shifts run Monday through Thursday from 5:30pm to 10:30pm.
Required Qualifications
- Active IL NURSING LICENSE
- Current CPR Certification
