Job Summary
Provide 1-on-1 patient care with personalized attention while following care plans to ensure the highest quality nursing standards. Monitor patient conditions and maintain accurate charts, then assist with daily activities to enhance the patient's quality of life. Maintain an active LPN or RN license and demonstrate strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a compassionate mindset.
