Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) or Registered Nurse (RN) needed for in-home pediatric nursing in North Jacksonville and surrounding areas. Provide care within the scope of licensure, maintain updated clinical records, evaluate and modify patient care plans in consultation with physicians, mentor and coach new employees during orientations, educate patients and caregivers, participate in Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement activities, and attend mandatory training. Role requires travel to patients' homes; schedule may include 8–12 hour shifts with availability Sunday through Saturday. Required Qualifications
- LPN/LVN Nursing Degree
- Unencumbered LPN/LVN License in the state of employment or Multi-State license through the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact where recognized
- Valid driver license with proof of insurance in applicable states
- Clear background screening
- CPR card/certificate with in person instructor led skills check
- Hep B Screening in applicable states
- TB Screening in applicable states
