Job Summary
Provide 1-on-1 patient care following individualized care plans, monitor patient conditions, maintain accurate charts, and assist with daily activities to enhance quality of life. Offer flexible scheduling (Full-time, Part-time, PRN, overtime) with comprehensive benefits and ongoing training, including new graduate programs for RNs & LPNs. Demonstrate strong communication, multitasking, and compassionate patient-centered care to support patients and their families.
