Job Summary
Provide 1-on-1 patient care with personalized attention while following care plans to ensure the highest quality of nursing standards. Monitor patient conditions and maintain accurate patient charts, assisting with daily activities to enhance the patient's quality of life. This role requires an active LPN or RN license, a positive professional attitude, and strong communication skills for a Monday-Friday schedule with flexible overnight options. No pediatric or private duty experience is needed, as full training and new graduate programs are provided for RNs and LPNs.
