Job Summary
Provide 1-on-1 patient care with personalized attention and follow care plans to ensure the highest quality nursing standards. Monitor patient conditions, maintain accurate charts, and assist with daily activities to enhance the patient's quality of life. Hold an active LPN or RN license and demonstrate strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to multi-task in a supportive environment. No pediatric or private duty experience required; full training and new graduate programs are available for RNs and LPNs. Flexible part-time and PRN scheduling options include no mandatory holidays or weekends.
