Job Summary
Lead and coordinate daily operations of the medical unit while providing hands-on patient care and overseeing nursing workflows. Support, mentor, and guide nursing staff to promote teamwork and clinical excellence. Collaborate with providers to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans. Advocate for patients while maintaining ethical and professional nursing standards and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with facility, state, and SHP guidelines. Monday–Friday shifts from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at Franklin County Jail in Louisburg, NC.
Required Qualifications
- LPN or RN
