Job Summary
Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in a home setting for children with autism, seizure disorders, developmental delays, or feeding tube needs. Monitor the child's health, administer medications, perform routine treatments, and assist with mobility, positioning, and daily care. Operate medical equipment, complete clinical documentation, and communicate updates with parents and the care team. Offer comfort, engagement, and emotional reassurance throughout care. Schedules include morning, evening, and overnight shifts. We offer flexible scheduling, medical/dental/vision insurance, PTO, and a 401(k) match.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN license (state-specific)
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Comfortable providing care for children with developmental and complex medical needs
- Dependable, patient, and attentive bedside manner
- Frequent standing and walking; assisting patients; operating medical equipment; bending, reaching, positioning; occasional patient transfers or lifting; exposure to healthcare environments
Desired Qualifications
- Pediatric experience preferred, not required
