Job Summary
Provide 1-on-1 patient care with personalized attention while following care plans to ensure the highest quality nursing standards. Monitor patient conditions and maintain accurate charts, assisting with daily activities to enhance the patient's quality of life. This role requires an active LPN or RN license, strong communication skills, and a compassionate approach to patient interaction.
