Job Summary
Assess the health status and wellbeing of adults with disabilities by analyzing clinical information, planning, implementing, and evaluating care conditions. Provide respiratory care and support, interpret lab values, and document medical records electronically. Educate staff, families, patients, and students while promoting health and safety. Guide direct care staff and manage case responsibilities within a residential facility setting. Shifts are 9 hours on day hours, rotating every third weekend, with one holiday annually.
Required Qualifications
- A graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program
- A valid South Dakota RN Licensure
- A graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- A valid South Dakota LPN Licensure
- A valid driver's license with a clean record
- Clear background check
- Drug screen
