Job Summary
LPN or RN 1:1 Private Duty Pediatric Homecare in St. Augustine, FL (nights and weekend days). Delivers high-quality, in-home nursing care to pediatric patients, adhering to state and federal regulations. Provides care within the patient’s home, maintains updated clinical records, collaborates with physicians on care plan changes, educates patients and caregivers, participates in Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement activities, and supports professional growth through training. 1:1 patient care with flexible scheduling options, 8/10/12 hour shifts, and travel to patients’ homes. Includes comprehensive benefits, training opportunities, paid time off, and 24/7 management support. Required Qualifications
- LPN/LVN Nursing Degree
- Unencumbered LPN/LVN License in the state of employment or Multi-State license through the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact where recognized
- 1 year of demonstrated experience
- Valid driver license with proof of insurance in applicable states
- Clear background screening
- Valid and current CPR card/certificate with in person instructor led hands on skills check
- Hep B Screening in applicable states
- TB Screening in applicable states
