Job Summary
Provide in-home, 1:1 pediatric nursing care as an LPN/LVN or RN, delivering comprehensive nursing services in patients' homes while adhering to state regulations and FFHC policies. Responsibilities include maintaining updated clinical records, evaluating nursing care effectiveness, consulting with physicians on care plan alterations, mentoring new staff during orientations, educating patients and families, participating in QA and performance improvement activities, completing mandatory training, submitting personnel documentation timely, maintaining patient confidentiality, and traveling to patients’ homes with variable shift lengths (8/10/12 hours). The role emphasizes building supportive, professional relationships, continuous skill development, and flexible scheduling to support patients and families across assigned Florida counties.
Required Qualifications
- LPN/LVN Nursing Degree
- Unencumbered LPN/LVN License in state of employment or Multi-State license via E.N.H.C. (compact)
- 1 year of demonstrated experience
- Valid driver license with proof of insurance
- Clear background screening
- CPR card in person instruction
- Hep B Screening where applicable
- TB Screening in applicable states
